• Parents/guardians should read the dairy and school rules regarding school fees, attendance, leave of absence, uniform, code of conduct, Examination and Promotion Policy.
• The personal profiles sheet in the dairy should be correctly filled in. The parents /guardians should also fill in the detachable sheet provided in the dairy and return into school. Changes in address, Phone No. or other information regarding the child if any, should be brought to the notices of the Class Teacher immediately.
• The evaluation is done on the basis of the daily performance of your ward, therefore regular attendance to school is mandatory.
• The student’s medical history must be completed in the dairy. Along with the emergency contact number other than that of parents.
• Taking full and half leaves should be avoided as it hampers with your child’s progress in school.
• The school bag must be bought according to the timetable to avoid heavy bag load.
• Parents must ensure that the students bring a morning fruit, lunch box and water bottle daily to school. You are requested not to send tiffin/lunch during school hours.
• The school is a tobacco-free zone.
• Parents/guardian will not be allowed to meet their ward or teachers in the classrooms during school hours, except with permission of the principal
• Parent’s ID card provided by the school is required to enter the school premises.
• Parents/guardians, who visit the school, should park their vehicles outside the school gate. Bringing vehicles on the school premises is not allowed.
• Children should not be allowed to carry unnecessary amount of cash or other valuable materials and electronic items like mobiles cameras, digital watches,iPods, fire, crackers, explosive, sharp objects and other dangerous materials, etc. the same will be confiscated and not returned and a warning /suspension letter to the parents/guardian will be issued.
• No short leave, during the school hours, is allowed to any student expects an emergency or when prior special permission is obtained from the Principal. The only parent must come to pick their ward in such a case. No child will be sent home alone or with a person other than the person in the personal profile of the students.
• Please note that it is necessary to attend all Parent-Teacher meetings regularly to share observations about the students, and to work out the best possible course of action for bringing about the desired improvement. Apart from PTM, parents can meet teachers with prior appointment on Fridays or Saturdays from 1.30 pm to 2.30 pm.
• The students must park their cycles in the designated parking zone and ensures that it is locked.
• Students using permitted two-wheelers (non-geared only)must possess valid During License and a helmet.
• Criticism of students, teachers or the school in the presence of the child should be avoided as it is likely to harm the student’s personality. If there is any serious or pressing matter, kindly see the Principal.
• If you wish to meet the Principal, you may do so working days only between 9.30 am to 10.00 am with prior appointment and from 2.00 pm to 3 .00pm from Monday –Saturday Without any appointment.
